When it comes to language skills, we expect you to be fluent in Finnish (oral and writing) and fluent in English (or Danish).

Du:
- Har en relevant uddannelse indenfor kommunikation, informationsvidenskab eller anden relevant uddannelse.
- Er initiativrig, selvstændig og brænder for at prøve kræfter med kommunikation i praksis.
- Er et talent i formidling af budskaber og kan lide at udfolde dig skriftligt såvel mundtligt.
- Er kreativ og sproglig knivskarp.
- Er detaljeorienteret med et godt grammatisk øje.

- Behersker dansk og engelsk på højt niveau – kan du finsk vil det være en stor fordel.

- Proactively ensuring correct order processing and follow-up on the delivery.
- Efficiently answering to the clients requirements (e.g. in regards to deadlines, shortages, information, disputes)
- Recording, analyzing and follow up on disputes situations (complains, deductions, returns etc.) in accordance with your colleagues in Credit, Sales, Controlling and the physical distribution.
